How Our Process Works: We Source Cattle For You – Anytime & Anywhere!
At Kolb’s Dairy Sales, LLC, we make buying and selling cattle simple, transparent, and efficient:
All customers—buyers and sellers—begin by contacting us directly. We’ll gather all relevant information including herd details, contact information, and your specific criteria. Then, we travel directly to your farm—by plane or car—anywhere in the United States, as quickly as possible.
Once on-site, we inspect your cattle, evaluate, take pictures and videos, and collect documentation related to production, breeding, health records, and more.
We then begin professionally marketing and advertising your cattle through our vast social media network and direct outreach to our current clientele, matching your cattle with interested, qualified buyers across the country.
If you are looking to purchase cattle, we maintain a steady inventory of groups that match a variety of herd needs, lactation stages, and preferences—ensuring we find you exactly what you’re looking for.
We work on a commission basis. We get you what you want for your cattle—and place our commission on top of your asking price. All transactions are completed via direct wire payments, and no cattle leave the farm without full payment.
Once a sale is secured:
- The seller covers any required health testing or vet paperwork.
- The buyer covers all transportation costs.
- All cattle are sold directly from farm to farm, minimizing stress and reducing the spread of diseases.
We work exclusively for each of our buyers and sellers—ensuring your demands are met with precision and professionalism. We require 30–60 days minimum to find the exact cattle group you’re looking for or to secure the best price for your herd.
